Sunnyvale, CA - Jan. 21, 2010- Newnex is excited to announce its participation as an exhibitor at The Vision Show 2010 in Boston, Massachusetts, May 25th to 27th, 2010. This will be Newnex's 8th time as an exhibitor at The Vision Show. Newnex will be presenting its new self-assembleable GigE plug kits with industrial locking screws, which gives users a great advantage since they can simply create their own cables at any desired length by snapping the connectors together. In addition, Newnex will be displaying several new products, including its FireNEX-uLINK USB 3.0 repeater cable, FireNEX-COAX-S800 repeater™, and the FireNEX-CAT5-S800 repeater™. Newnex will be located at booth 106.
Newnex's FireNEX-uLINK USB 3.0 repeater cable is capable of actively repeating the USB3.0 signal up to 16 meters, which is 5 times longer than the practical 3-meter length limit for SuperSpeed USB. It is fully bus-powered without the need of external power sources. Its long distance connectivity, extra low power consumption, plug & play, and ease of use features greatly enhance the user experience for USB3.0 connections.
The FireNEX-COAX-S800™ repeater transfers power and signal over a single coaxial cable, which enables low cost connections, terminations by the end user, and the possibility of using existing cabling infrastructure, plus it has excellent EMC performance. The FireNEX-COAX-S800™ is bus powered, has industrial standard screw locking, and reaches up to 60 meters.
Newnex's FireNEX-CAT5-S800™ repeater is bus powered, has industrial standard screw locking for all ports, and is capable of sending IEEE1394 signals across a regular Cat5/5e/6 cable at a data rate of 800 Mbps up to 100 meters in length.
