Warranty:
FIRENEX warranty is valid for one year from the invoice date.
FOR PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
I. RMA for Purchases Directly from Newnex:
1) Please call (408) 986-9988 or e-mail to RMA@newnex.com
to obtain RMA#. RMA# is valid for 15 days from issuing date.
2)
Please send photos for showing serial numbers and warranty seals to
RMA@newnex.com.
Note: If the warranty seal on
the product is broken, the warranty will be
void.
3) Please
include
RMA number on all return packages.
Notes: -Packages that do not
have a RMA number will be rejected.
-Repair
service normally takes 2-3 weeks.
4) After
Newnex receives your returned RMA products and test them, either of the
following action would be taken:
a. If
the products are defective, Newnex will send you the replacement parts.
b. If
the returned products are not defective, Newnex will return back to
you. You are responsible for round trip shipping costs and $50 checking
and evaluation fee.
5) For replacement requests before
Newnex receives your returned RMA products:
a. Your replacement order will be treated as a
new order which will include parts and shipping costs. You are
responsible to pay for replacement invoices.
b. After Newnex receives your
returned products and test them, either of the following action would
be taken:

If the products are defective,
then Newnex will issue a credit for your replacement order.

If your returned products are
not defective, you are responsible to pay for 15% restocking fee. We
could keep the products and issue a credit that is less 15% of the
parts amount on the invoice as restocking fee.
II. RMA for Purchases from Newnex’s
Resellers:
You
may request technical information directly from Newnex. But, RMA and
any refunds or payments need to be done through the reseller.
FOR PRODUCTS
OUT OF WARRANTY RMAS AND
REPAIR FEES

Checking/evaluating
fee: $50.00/each unit.

Repairing
fee varies and is depending on the evaluation of the units. You will be
notified for the repair cost before we do the repair.

You
will be responsible for round trip shipping costs.

Repair
warranty is valid for 6 months from the repair completion date.
Normally,
you are
responsible for shipping cost to return products to Newnex. Newnex
is responsible for return shipping cost for qualified warranty
repairs and replacements.
