Sunnyvale, CA - Jan. 7, 2009 - Boinx Software is using the FireNEX-CAT5-S400™ to extend a camera in their
demo of their BoinxTV software.
Oliver Breidenbach, the founder of Boinx Software, is excited that the Cat5 repeater can extend 1394 cameras
up to 65m and help them overcome the 4.5m distance limit for FireWire. The FireNEX-CAT5-S400™ has been
tested with a wide variety of camcorders and devices, and has worked flawlessly.
