USB 3.2 Extension System over Fiber

Extend up to 8 USB 3.2 Devices over Fiber up to 700m

The FireNEX™-80G USB extension systems provide an innovative and secured extender solution for professional USB applications across industries including industrial automation, medical imaging, video conferencing, and more.

The FireNEX™-80G extension systems come with one Local Unit and pairs with up to four Remote Units, each featuring two USB-A ports that support up to USB 3.2 Gen 2 10Gbps data rate. With a fully loaded FireNEX™-80G extension system with four Remote Units collectively offers an 80Gbps bandwidth for up to eight USB 10Gbps devices operates simultaneously.

The four paired Remote Units can be installed separately at an extended range up to 700 meters over single mode fiber optic cables. Transmitting over fiber helps the extension system immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and brings high degree of signal integrity on data transferring. In addition, the die-cast metal enclosures of the Remote Unit with mounting bracket plus machine vison standard locking ports ensure the industrial-grade reliable connections for many applications.
