USB Cables and Extension Solutions for ZED camera

The AI powered 3D stereo camera ZED from Sterolabs use both USB 3.0 and 2.0 to send video and motion sensor data. Newnex provides full line of reliable connectivity solutions that support USB 3.0 data transfer up to 5Gbps and support USB 2.0/1.1 data channel in the meantime.

USB-C Screw Locking Connector

The ZED 2i camera adopts a non-standard thumbscrew locking connector to secure the interconnection. Newnex provides both USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C cables that come with this screw locking connector to ensure user a reliable connection.

USB Extension Solution

For some long range application, the camera needs to be installed hundreds meters away from the host computer unit. Newnex develop USB active extension cables and fiber optic repeaters that are capable of extend USB 3.0 and 2.0 signal concurrently up to 300 meters (1000 ft.), tested to extend ZED cameras with a minimum delay and zero frame drops.
