A: Yes, FireNEX™-uLINK-10GEX supports DisplayPort over USB-C. It allow you connect video source and display device to each other via their USB-C port while transfer USB 3.2 Gen 2 10Gbps data at the same time. Please make sure USB-C port on your host and device support DisplayPort over USB-C.

Q: Is FireNEX™-uLINK-10G-EX backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1?
A: Yes, FireNEX™-uLINK-10GEX is fully compatible with USB 2.0/1.1 peripherals such as keyboard, and mouse.

Q: Does FireNEX™-uLINK-10G-EX support Power Delivery (USB PD) from host to device or device to host?
A: FireNEX™-uLINK-10GEX supports USB PD for higher voltage charging (20V, 15V, 9V, 5V) either from host to device or from device to the host. It will automatically pick up the charging direction to suit your need.

Q: What’s the maximum cable length can be connected to the female end of the extension cable?
A: User can connect any USB-C compliant cable to the female end. It's usually not longer than 1 meter.

Q: Can multiple FireNEX™-uLINK-10G-EX daisy chain together?
A: Yes, user can max. daisy chain two FireNEX™-uLINK-10GEX cable to form a longer connection.
