A: User can connect a maximum of 5m passive USB3 cable to the extension port of FireNEX™-uLINK-EX. Connecting FireNEX™-uLINK-EX with another active cable varies depend on the application, please contact Newnex for more information.
Q: Can I daisy chain two or more FireNEX™-uLINK-EX together?
A: No, FireNEX™-uLINK-EX does not support daisy chain connection.

A: Currently, FireNEX™-uLINK active cables are not plenum rated. When installing a FireNEX™-uLINK cable in plenum space, user could find a proper way, such as using a conduit, to install the cable in order to meet the installation code.
